Diaz Cross Bird Club

The Diaz Cross Bird Club was founded in 1973 by the Revd Canon Michael Bands.  We are situated in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, and have two branches, a coastal one based mainly in Kenton-on-Sea and Port Alfred and one in Makhanda (formerly Grahamstown), about 60km inland from Port Alfred. The inland branch was founded in 1976. The area is rich in flora and fauna, with various climatic zones nearby.
